Weekly Update
Labor Day weekend is upon us and with it we have a Saturday afternoon, September 5, date at Claudio’s, 111 Main Street, Greenport. We get started at 1:30 and play until 5:30.
September’s schedule is heavily slanted towards private parties, and in fact there are only two public dates after the aforementioned Claudio’s date. Those would be a Friday, Septemebr 18 date at Hudson & McCoy, 340 Woodcleft Avenue, Freeport from 7 PM until 11 and a return to Claudio’s on Sunday afternoon, September 20, for Greenport’s Maritime Festival.
And another reminder that we’ll be in a concert setting at the Dix Hills Performing Arts Center on Friday night, October 23, when we play a “Tribute To ’70′s Rock” We’re the only band that night, so we should be able to stretch out a bit and perhaps play a few tunes from the ’70′s that we’ve never done before.
